Part Time Game Manager (Final Fantasy XIV)

We’re looking for skilled Final Fantasy players who have experience with store management and sales. The Game Manager’s role is to create and edit services, update prices, perform competitor analysis, and coordinate with our Marketing and SEO operators with the goal of making ours the best Final Fantasy section online. This position is for motivated, reliable managers who want long-term growth inside the company and are ready to work as part of a consistent team. You will:

• ●You will have certain core game-section assets already prepared you are not starting from scratch.
• ●Receive full training on all our in-house tools required for game manager job
• ●Learn how to coordinate with other games and game-managers
• ●Have a personal supervisor who will guide you through all challenges

You will earn $500 monthly fixed with additional bonuses possible if you perform well. Every day you will be obliged to focus on your game section with new tasks given by your supervisor until you are good enough to do things yourself. Your commission may evolve during your time at Blazing. It can also start higher if the improvements you make to your game section generate strong sales and profits, along with consistently high-quality work and a solid understanding of our systems. The ideal candidate is a fast and efficient Final Fantasy XIV player who is willing to learn and understand how our website systems work, especially if you already have experience in marketing and sales.

• ●Start creating or editing existing Final Fantasy XIV services
• ●Adjust prices for services that require updating
• ●Build relationships with boosters, address any ongoing issues
• ●Monitor orders flow and talk to customers to solve problems when needed
• ●Work on copywriting: build good service pages and articles
• ●Educate colleagues with quizzes, support & AI systems, with Final Fantasy knowledge
• ●Cooperate with marketing department and SEO department

Key Requirements

• ●Have a strong experience with Final Fantasy XIV + have a lot of experience from earlier expansions and seasons
• ●Reliable internet and PC
• ●Good Organisational Skills & Discipline
• ●Good English for Communication with our supervisors, support and with our customers
• ●Experience in sales or marketing will give you a strong advantage / edge over other applicants

Bonus Requirements

• ●History in management and sales (your previous employment)
• ●Experience in creating promotional offers like bundles
• ●Previously worked as a booster in Final Fantasy XIV
• ●You understand the market for Final Fantasy XIV (what is popular and what isn't)
• ●Good English / Understanding of the industry may allow us to offer you a deeper job into our organization

• ●Monthly fixed earnings paid in the first week of the following month, as long as minimum work hours are met
• ●5–10% profit-margin bonus paid on top of the fixed base salary, provided all expected routines are performed correctly and the operation is generating profits.
• ●Payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer (preferred), or Cryptocurrency
• ●Base currency: USD/EUR according to your country

Monthly Payment Example

Fixed base salary: $500

In this example the game section generated $14,000 in monthly revenue.

Calculation of the bonus:

Deduct booster costs (50%): $14,000 − $7,000 = $7,000

Deduct marketing costs: $7,000 − $2,000 = $5,000

Deduct your own costs: $5,000 − $500 = $4,500

Apply 5% bonus on the $4,500 profit margin → $225

Total paycheck = $500 (fixed) + $225 (bonus) = $725

*Any percentage above the starting 5% is awarded at the discretion of the company head manager, based on the quality of your work and overall performance.
