Junior Technical Business Operator / Future Business Manager

We’re looking for someone exceptionally smart, curious, hardworking, and analytical — ideally with a technical or quantitative background — who wants to grow beyond a purely technical role and eventually take ownership across Business, Operations, and Management. This is a fully remote role within a multinational team, with significant room to grow in scope and responsibility based on performance. Who are we looking for? Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as Computer Science / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics or Other highly quantitative disciplines Being a developer is a big plus, but it’s not mandatory. We care more about your technical mindset and ability to solve unfamiliar problems.

• ●Dive into an operational process and figure out where we can make it faster, cheaper, or more efficient.
• ●Research new providers or tools, compare options, and own the onboarding process end-to-end.
• ●Analyze a new business model or industry, including revenue, costs, margins, risks, and potential entry strategies.
• ●Support and gradually own parts of Payments, Payouts, Compliance, Accounting Operations, or People Operations.
• ●Identify repetitive processes and figure out how software, AI, or automation could improve them.
• ●Research unfamiliar topics, turn findings into clear recommendations, and then help execute them.
• ●Work directly with developers and managers while taking full ownership of a specific workstream.
